1.1. The Chair welcomed Members and members of the public to the meeting.

2.2 The Future Generations Commissioner for Wales agreed to provide an analysis undertaken with stakeholders about alternative ways of spending the estimated £1.2bn cost of the M4 relief road.
2.3 The Future Generations Commissioner for Wales declared a relevant interest.

3.2.a The Committee noted the note of visit to the Wallich in relation to rough sleeping in Wales.
3.3.a The Committee noted the additional information from Powys County Council in relation to rough sleeping in Wales.

3.5.a The Committee noted the additional information from the Wales Community Rehabilitation Company in relation to rough sleeping in Wales.
